Author Biography

Ts Tsolmon

Tserendash TSOLMON holds an academic degree in electrical engineering from Russia’s Irkutsk Polytechnic Institute as well as a masters in international economics from the Moscow Diplomatic Academy. From 1987-1990 he served in Ministry of Foreign Affairs. From 1990-1992 he served as Minister of Labor in Mongolia’s coalition government. Tsolmoii currently serves as Vice- Rector of the Institute of Administration and Management Development for the Government of Mongolia, which is a state-run institute for public and business administration.
